Weekly Update #8 - Interfaces

This week brings a few behind the scene changes and a bit of polishing, along with a new interface that shows you what skills you have taken from the path tree!
- Added Path Skills Interface, accessible through the dungeon board by pressing 's' or clicking the new Path Skills icon (replacing the disabled map)
- Equipment can now be equipped by clicking them if eligible
- Added a darkened background to event reward screen, bringing clarity to the 'done' button
- Merchant graphics have been updated
- The Shrine graphics have been updated
- Fixed a bug causing item art to still be shown in the sell tooltip after being sold at the merchant
- Fixed a large problem causing various items to be copied by reference, causing several errors such as eating multiple apples or items acting strangely in the shop after being bought previously
- Fixed wrong damage being shown on the true damage display
- Fixed text in Spirit Rent event referring to the incorrect demon
- Fixed and re-implemented coin scaling
- Fixed searching at a camp site always giving a chance for an additional item
- Fixed bug causing null to be shown when referring to a skill name in the shrine
